Filling Technologies for Personal Care Products

Weight Filling (Net Weight)
Fills to a precise net weight regardless of viscosity variation or temperature drift—the preferred approach when accuracy targets are strict, SKUs change frequently, or premium packaging demands consistency.
Overflow Filling
Delivers consistent visual fill levels across variable container tolerances—well suited to thinner formulas like body washes and liquid soaps where uniform fill appearance matters and product is compatible with overflow principles.
Piston, PD Pump & Flowmeter Filling
Piston fillers and positive displacement pump fillers handle thick lotions, creams, conditioners, and gels that overflow and gravity-based systems cannot fill reliably at production speeds. Flowmeter fillers (electromagnetic and mass-flow) provide volumetric accuracy for mid-viscosity formulations.

Material Compatibility & GMP Considerations
